Sen.Drilon Cousin is linked to largest Drug Syndicate in the Philippines

In his first State of the Nation address, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte will name top executives in local government units (LGUs) who are financiers and/or protectors of the DRUG TRADE. Digong has previously identified three top drug lords (Peter Co, Herbert Colangco and Peter Lim) as well as five top Philippine National Police generals – PNP Deputy Director General Marcelo Garbo Jr., former National Capital Region Police Office chief Director Joel Pagdilao, Western Visayas regional director Chief Superintendent Bernardo Diaz, Quezon City Police District director Chief Superintendent Edgardo Tinio and retired Police General Vicente “Vic” Loot. Retired PNP General Loot is now the mayor of a municipality in Cebu thus also qualifying him as a LGU executive in the DRUG TRADE.
President Duterte and PNP Chief “Bato” Dela Rosa previously mentioned that at least 35 city and municipal mayors and/or provincial governors are involved in the DRUG TRADE. Ozamiz City Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog Sr. and four other municipal mayors (Navarro, Gutierrez, Yap and Mahilac) are the suspected kingpins in their respective city and municipalities as well as in the province of Misamis Occidental and the whole of Mindanao island. PNP General Garbo is the pinpointed top TRIAD drug protector. Asian Triad Mindanao boss and Kuratong Baleleng leader Herbert Colangco, currently jailed in Bilibid Prison, is romantically involved with Nova Princess Parojinog, the Ozamiz City vice mayor. She is the daughter of the mayor and niece of Councilor Ardot Parojinog, the mayor’s brother.
In Iloilo City, Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog is the suspected city drug protector. He currently faces charges of UNEXPLAINED wealth. He is a second cousin of Senator Franklin Drilon. He was the top Liberal Party city campaigner for the Mar Roxas Leni Robredo ticket. In their full YELLOW uniforms, then President Aquino, Mayor Mabilog and Mar Leni posed for an endorsement photograph that went viral.
In Metro Manila, Quezon City may play prominently in the Presidential SONA speech since former National Capital Region Police Office chief Director Joel Pagdilao was a Quezon City Police Department chief before his promotion to head the Metro Manila police force. Police District director Chief Superintendent Edgardo Tinio was assigned as QCPD head until he was relieved from office by the Duterte Administration. Mayor Herbert Baustista (drug protector or simply incompetent?) could be negatively mentioned since Quezon City has one of the highest drug rates in the Philippines.
