DISAPPOINTED LAMANG TALAGA!!!!!

Speaking of transforming the Philippines into prosperity, specially in rice sufficiency and as an exporter of this pearl commodity, we can do it.

The reason, on the other hand that we cannot, is that Filipino leaders and politicians are feeble minded. Most of them are thinking mostly of their personal empowerment or enrichment, specially empowerment of handling the funds of the government or of the money of the people.

For instance, if we want to have an abundant harvest of rice and become as an exporter of that commodity as well, all the government can do is help owners of adjoining lands to form a cooperative. Then have the government provide subsidy to the farm cooperative in the form of fertilizers, farm implements such as tractor cultivators, and harvesters. There is nothing complicated technically on this. No need to employ rocket scientists to accomplish this.

Of course, a contract between the cooperative farm owners on one hand and the government on the other hand shall be entered into as to the sharing of the products or sharing of money proceeds in case the Philippines is already exporting rice to other countries.

Like oil, rice is in great demand around the world including the people of oil exporting countries. There are even more rice consumers in the world compared to oil consumers. The Philippines is assured of customers for this commodity all year round.

While the rice farms are in the stage of growing, each owner of the piece of land in the cooperative shall be given the responsibility of taking care of protecting and growing the rice field in his land.

To prevent extortionist from collecting "taxes" on land under cooperative cultivation, the government can station its army camps of its armed personnel in the cooperative farm area.

We have all the know how in raising rice. We even train foreigners how to plant rice.

However, presently there is a big drawback of implementing this recommendation. The drawback of graft and corruption wherein the mega grafters in the handling of the expenditures and incomes of this cooperative efforts could hardly be held responsible on time when they steal cooperative funds. It takes no less than 6 to 10 years after the fact before are they held accountable and if ever they are indicted it takes another 6 to 10 years before they can be convicted for their corrupt practices.

SO, the result with this recommendation is ma DISAPPOINTment LAMANG TALAGA para sa mga ta-o at ang yumayaman lamang ay ang mga mega corrupt.

However, it is SOOOO EASAAAAAY to stop the foolishness of the mega corrupt. Let us make the common people a decider in justice through what is known as the JURY SYSTEM under the supervision and guidance by presiding judges in court.

By the jury system, we can create a GRAND JURY so that the common people, the ordinary citizens all over the country, 5 days a week and 52 weeks a year, can decide on their own free and independent will to investigate and accuse in court within 3 months whoever mega grafters that come along on their way. We will also create the TRIAL JURY so that the common people, the ordinary citizens all over the country, to decide to convict guilty mega grafters within 6 months, instead of 6 years under the present justice system, in sending those grafters to jail. Time spent in jail plus hard labor is the only thing mega grafters will respect. With juries in place, they cannot build mansions in jail. They must sweat it out their time in jail just like any other inmate in prison.

Citizens who serve in juries will be paid equal to the legal minimum wage and the jury system itself will be creating local employment opportunity for the people. Since they will be paid the minimum wage, the cost of maintaining justice will be less expensive compared to the salaries of those so-called anti-corrupt experts like Tony Kwok and other local protegees of corrupt officials.

Private citizens, unlike the Ombudsman, government prosecutors, or judges, cannot be scared to decide because they owe no politicians or government officials for their private livelihood or jobs with their private employers.

The people would truly be DELIGHTED instead of being DISAPPOINTED, if they will be given a hand to send mega grafters to jail in due time without delay.

To learn in 10 minutes how the said juries work, please read the jury diagram in the web site below and let us begin installing it ASAP:

Let us get rid of all mega grafters and smugglers by the creation of the jury system and make the Philippines a rice exporter to all other countries of the world. This is one way of creating employment opportunity of the people locally in the Philippines.
