Open Letter to Dr Sir Pablo Trillana III

Why Guansing & Paras are not Rizalists and never should be given functions by a KOR, once more aspiring to become illustrious:

1. Antonio Guansing was reportedly appointed "honorary consul" through the personal intervention of Paras, who reportedly used (abused?) his buddy, ex-ambassador Clemencio Montesa. How true is this?

2. Reports say that ex-ambassador Clemencio Montesa, then Phil Ambasador to Brussels, was mistreated by Paras, even in public ("kayang-kayang "babuyin" at utuin ni Paras si Montesa sa harapan ng Lipunang-Pinoy ng Belgium)!

If this is not true, how come Amb. Montessa was relieved by DFA Secretary Romulo and relegated to a minor job in Germany? Secretary Romulo reportedly personally came to Belgium and investigated the Amb Montessa case, causing the latter's relief from his ambassadorial position, and subsequent relegation to a "Consul"(?).

3. Did Paras have/hold compromising photos/videos of the ex-Ambassador to have such a stranglehold of the TOP official of the Philippine Mission to Belgium? Which photos? With women, minors or strangers? Have to ask...

Who among the tens of hundreds of Philippine Ambassadors would "accept" a demotion to a Consul, if not for a valid cause?

Why would an Ambassador stoop so low to please his "Master" (Paras), if the concerned Philippine Official is straight, correct, has character and integrity?

To re-phrase the question, if Paras has no compromising stranglehold on any official (Quiambao?, Guansing?), how come Paras is enjoying unimaginable KOR benefits, no end (sky is the limit?), from Quiambao, from Guansing?

And Esguerra? How come Esguerra appointed Paras Regional Commander, Europe, RY 2006-2008, even stuck on to Paras when Sir Hans Schoof and about 1/3 of the Wilhelmsfeld-Heidelberg chapter members RESIGNED from KOR, in total disgust!

4. In the same vein, what compromising photos/videos of Guansing has Paras to likewise have such a stranglehold of Guansing, the mere "honorary consul" in the Philippine consulate in Antwerp? Which one? With women? With minors? Again, Lazir is just asking...

Remember that Paras has a grapevine of sources, workers at his beck and call: in hotels for example, where bedrooms couldn't be so safe, where "James (Paras) Bond" or his "boys" could install hidden electronic surveilance equipments! Fantastic!

Yet, despite this batallion of "workers", not a single Filipino provided support to Dr Sir Manny Calairo, a visiting Filipino Scholar, even provided by Esguerra's IHQ his introductory letter, when he came to Brussels, Belgium early this year!

5. Is it true Paras through Guansing (whichever of the two initiated it is immaterial, if both engage in criminal or semi-criminal activities, right?) also engaged in granting so-called "special favors", using official stamps, paraphernalia, or letterhead of the Philippine Consulate-Antwerp, where Guansing holds office?

6. Did Guansing, in his official function as 'honorary consul" in Belgium "falsify" or "doctor" documents such as "replacements of lost passports", issuance of fraudulent, if not highly-questionable "marriage certificates" for overstaying non-documented individuals, OFWs, seamen, HRM/hotel workers, etc. etc? If yes, what is the SOP? What is the going rate? What percent is Guansing's take or Paras', if ever?

7. Did Guansing, in his official function as 'honorary consul" in Belgium involve himself in, or allowed himself to be involved in some "monkey business" that Guansing or Paras and his boys could capitalize from, in order to satisfy their self-serving ULTERIOR MOTIVES?

Lazir asks these foregoing questions in the aftermath of the Ms Tenorio (Hong Kong OFW) case vs. LABATT Salud of the HK Consulate.

Asking valid questions could educate and open eyes of people!

An educated populace is aware of its rights and duties, difficult to victimize!

This is GOOD!

For country and people!
