Let's ask Jimmy Marasigan, who should know Canada KOR and Chito Collantes more/better than us outside Canada...
If Marasigan is a good Rizalist (Dr jose Rizal would never shrink from such a good challenge!), he should even dare explain in plain and simple English, how valid Collantes' DOCTORATE is.
Or Samuela, the incumbent KOR Legal Committee chairman!
Let's give them one week...then we can see that indeed KOR is run by a few good Rizalists (like Dr Sir Pablo Trillana III and Sir Boy Gempesaw, but a bigger number of men with dubious characters, or?
Collantes's immigration consultancy license was REVOKED in 2006, yet he was passing himself on as "Canada Immigration Consultant" even after RY 2006!!!
Many "Paris July 2007 Assembly" (Ladies/Knights) attendees reportedly were so "IMPRESSED" by Collantes' credentials, particularly the business card he handed out to some, plus his advertisement on the BACK PAGE (?) of the Paris 2007 Souvenir Program.
Lazir wanted to attend the July 2007 Paris Assembly, on condition that his Unanswered KOR Questions, even just a few of them, would be part of the Agenda during the Assembly.
Although politely submitted months before July 2007, IHQ's Esguerra did not even bother responding. Is SILENCE to a valid request or question, RIZALISM?
Collantes' KGOR is as fake as Paras' KGOR, both having been premised on wrong or doctored documents/petitions!
It was reported that the hard-working Team (Paris Chapter Officers & Members and their spouses/families) worked so hard Planning, Organizing, Controlling all the events for a successful Paris July 2007 Assembly, but the WRONG people (Paras' followers?) got recognized!
If you remember, it was here in Paris, July 2007, when Esguerra personally exalted undeserving Guansing, Nollas, Alcoba to KGOR!

Next question that really matters is: Why does IHQ still keep them both, Paras & Collantes, as members, no disciplinary action, yet Sir Jun Zerrudo got unfairly persecuted and even the non-existing KOR member "Moreno" got "expelled"!
Ask a good lawyer and he will tell you straight on your face that NO ONE can expell a NON-MEMBER from any organization, big or small! How good is Samuela as a lawyer then? As Supreme Pursuivant, it's Samuela's DUTY to control the KOR Membership list, per the KOR Manual! If he cannot control the KOR Membership list, what does he know? If he says "Moreno" violated the KOR Manual, how about Samuela's violation of the same KOR Manual, Revised in RY2006? How about his NOT being a KOR member with "Good Moral Character"?
IHQ SILENCE alone is not enough.
That Guansing, with his "utang na loob" from Paras, could be retained Regional honcho is proof of KOR getting serious with Rizalism?
As serious as letting loose a bunch of goats to do garden work in your backyard?
