Dear Brother Knights and Chapter Commanders,
The 4th European Assembly in Prague is coming fast. Only 13 days until registration.
I have been going over the participation list and I found out that the German Area is not very well represented. At least each Chapter should be represented.
Until now I do not see entries from miss Heidelberg – Wilhelmsfeld, Berlin - Brandenburg, and Metro Cologne.
We only once in a while have the chance to attend a European assembly and to meet brother Knights and Rizalists from Europe and all over the world. A strong delegation from USA and Canada shows how strong the interests and the importance of these meetings are.
Three Supreme officers are coming to Europe to communicate with us. We have the unique chance to demonstrate the importance of the order and the heritage of Rizal for us.
It is also the chance to network with brother Knights from all over the world, make new friends and renew old friendships.

Our responsibility as members and followers of Rizal also means that we have to participate in such important events which are the highlights of every Region.
